We want you to love your Lolë gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund.
